An Experienced Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Performs engineering work in basic and applied research, development/design of new or sustaining products.
  • Accepts ownership responsibility for producing thorough and accurate designs and the development of work that meets all customer specifications and company requirements for schedule, cost, quality and reliability. This includes following the design through the entire design and manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical analysis to validate designs, including but not limited to: trait studies, product design, system/component integration, mathematical modeling, reliability analysis, and development.
  • Prepare and review technical reports/documentation necessary to satisfy customer, internal and program requirements, including specifications, design documents, test plans/procedures, reports, correspondence, etc.
  • Establish and maintain proactive communication channels with customers, suppliers, and internal organizations as required to meet project goals.
  • Provide diagnostic support to manufacturing on new and existing products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant medically electrical engineering experience
  • Able to teach/mentor others in the team
  • Interacts with senior-level internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring

Sales manager for Latin America

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain successful business relationships with assigned customers and prospective customers to increase profitable sales and generate new business.
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue and profitability goals;
  • Develop sales strategies/product sales plans.
  • Travel extensively to assigned customers and prospects to determine and analyze the needs of customers and proactively deliver product solutions.
  • Provide direction and establish strong working relationships with a multidisciplinary support team within the Company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Business Management or Marketing emphasis.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant medically sales experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to partner with all levels of an account’s organization.
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for correspondence with customers.
  • Proficiency with programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
